Day 1: Bora Bora - Beginning of your Rejuvenating Sessions

All the time that you will be spending here on Bora Bora vacations will be perfectly rejuvenating your body, mind, and soul. The perfect charm of the tortoise water of the lagoons will be shimmering beneath the tropical light of the Sun. You will be landing here in Bora Bora Airport and your personal guide will take you to your hotel room. Here, you will be meeting your instructor and he will teach you to begin with Sun Salutation, thanking God for this beautiful welcome in Bora Bora. 

 

Day 2: Bora Bora – Yoga Sessions & Snorkel Safari

This will be the second day of your Bora Bora vacations, and it will be bringing about an extraordinary light and life with a fresh scent of the blossoming hibiscus, coconut, and guava. You will get a perfect morning greeting from the waters brushing against the walls of the hotel room. You will be starting your day with a Vinyasa flow which will help relax after a long journey. You will then have to help your body catch up with different Yoga positions effortlessly. After you are done with yoga classes and everything, have a healthy breakfast of fresh fruits like papaya. And, then you can explore the secret Bora Bora lagoon.

 

Day 3: Bora Bora - Jeep Safari Exploration & Yoga Classes

This is the third day of your Bora Bora vacation and you will love inhaling the From swimming aroma of the tropical fruits. You will be guided by your instructor to change direction during yoga practice. He will be teaching you to practice Pranayama and controlled techniques of breathing. You will be practicing to spend a considerable part of your yoga practice listening to the sound of the breath matching it against that of the waters of hitting against the beach. You will be learning to hold the air into your lungs until you find a perfect timeframe for releasing it. And, after the Yoga session, your guide will take you through a Jeep Safari ride to make the tour of the surrounding.

 

Day 4: Bora Bora – Learn Parasailing & Paddle Board

Once you are done with your morning breathing session you can return to the Vinyasa flow. After breakfast and everything, you can just venture out to do with your paddleboard lesson. You will be guided by your instructor how your Yoga practice will help in increasing the pace of paddle boarding learning.

 

Day 5: Bora Bora - Yoga & Spa Treatment

Gradually you will learn to combine your breath with the yoga movements. It’s a great idea to feel refreshed a little with a spa treatment that will keep your mind focused and body in relaxed positions. While taking up the spa sessions you can remember the earlier days when you have started practicing Pranayama. And, hearing along the tranquil and soothing sound of the flow of lagoon is a liberating practice.

 

Day 6: Bora Bora – Departure

This is your last day of the Bora Bora vacation off Yoga & Meditation retreat. This is the last day, and you will definitely be feeling more calm, content and wonderful in comparison to the day when you arrived here.
