Antarctica has been inspiring explorers for centuries. And this expedition offers you and your family the chance to enjoy a classic Antarctica family vacation, with an unforgettable journey through the spectacular wilderness of the South Shetland Islands and Antarctic Peninsula. You’ll find a world where nature forms the rules, her variable character making each tour outstanding, compelling and personal.
Imagine sailing in a Zodiac through sea ice like crushed glass, seeing penguins building their nests, or traveling through a maze of icebergs, each one uniquely formed by its travel through the sea. You’ll experience iconic Antarctic highlights, exciting adventures and be rewarded with memories to remain a lifetime.
With its all glistening bays, rocky hillsides, pebbled beaches, and floating ice models, the Antarctic Peninsula is the northernmost range of land on the 7th continent. Whether you try on our famous penguin safari or new photogrammetry excursions, this season’s line-up fulfills divine adventures beyond your wildest visions.
Not only does this excursion involve the most in-depth exploration of the Antarctic Peninsula, but it also allows the occasion to speculate further south across the Antarctic Circle. As you travel towards a milestone few tourists reach, you’ll feel you are in a world without boundaries, sailing along with penguins and whales through an infinite extent of sea, snow, and ice. This is your turn to be a part of polar history. You’ll have the unique opportunity to witness one of the most magnificent sights in the world: the elusive ruler penguin colony off the coast of Snow Hill Island.

You may land in Buenos Aires at any time during Day 1 of your itinerary. Upon landing in this beautiful city, known for its boasting architecture and glorious European heritage, you will independently transport to the team hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel, the team will transfer to the airport and board our private charter flight to Ushuaia, Argentina.
Embarkation will start in the late evening, after which your ship will sail down the historic Beagle Channel. This popular channel transects the Tierra del Fuego archipelago in the far south of South America. Expect an air of anticipation as you start. Next time you’ll set foot on land you’ll be in the world’s most southern continent!
Get yourself ready for possibly rough water, but wish for a smooth sailing, as the Drake is uncertain and always changing. You’ll spend these initial days getting to know your shipmates while your Excursion Team provides security instructions and insights into what excitement lies before.
Once the Antarctic Convergence is disappeared in our wake, you will actually start your Antarctic adventure. It is perhaps the first view of the land itself that is adopted as the actual start of an Antarctic adventure. You will start to enjoy why this section has long fascinated the concentration of travelers. Each time we travel to Antarctica, we experience something new or stunning, which means that your excursion will be creating an outstanding, personal experience.
The greatness of the Antarctic Peninsula’s mountains will captivate as you climb up snowy pathways to vantage points allowing you 360° views of your surroundings. One of these in particular, in Danco Island, allows us the opportunity to visit a penguin community high up on a range.
Among the peaceful silence of Antarctica, loud interruptions become lasting memories, such as penguins squabbling over cherished stones, or the boom and crack of a calving glacier in Neko Harbour.
Individually day will be unique, having been thoughtfully crafted by your Excursion Team to inspire and educate you about this amazing part of the world.
The trip back across the Drake Passage offers final opportunities to experience the crisp Antarctic air. Watch the seabirds and scouting for whales, enjoy presentations by your Excursion Team, or simply rest and recollect about your experiences.
You will reach Ushuaia in the morning, after breakfast we will transfer you to the airport for the return group charter flight to Buenos Aires.
