Day 3: Chiang Rai - Into the Surrounding Hills

Day 4: Chiang Rai ­- Deeper into the jungle

On the fourth day of your trip to Thailand, you will just venture a little deeper into the Jungles from Chiang Mai. It’s amazing to experience the beauty of trees crossing you’re way every time you will take a step further. It will be lovely to hear the wonderful sound of the trickling water from the rivers. And, you will meet the people belonging to fantastic Karen Hill Tribe and get to know their way of living. The women of this tribe wear opulent brass rings on their neck which look amazing. You will find here diverse traditions and the trees are all filled with the aroma of timber and cooking wool.

Day 5: Elephants – The most loved animal of Thailand

Elephants are the most loved animals of Thailand and it’s important that you get to know them closely when you are here. Not is its playfulness and power that it is loved here, but they are considered as a symbol of prosperity and luck for which it is adorned all through. Not only the Governments, but the locals have also been making efforts towards preserving elephants after noticing an incessant increase in deforestation. You will be visiting Mae Sa Elephant Camp, where you will see the fascinating activities of this lovely creature. After seeing elephants in the confines of the camp, you can climb up hills in the jungle to see elephants in their natural habitat.
