Today your Bali journey begins as you board your international outbound flight to Denpasar.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your private guide at Denpasar Airport and transferred to your hotel in nearby Jimbaran.
Today morning, you can spend some time relaxing after your long international flights. Just near to your hotel is the sandy beach of Jimbaran, which is one of the country's finest beaches. In the afternoon, board a small boat that will take you on a private cruise around Bali's coastline. As the sun goes down, enjoy a glass of champagne and canapes and toast the start of your wonderful vacation. For dinner, try out one of the many local seafood restaurants on Jimbaran beach. You can choose your fish from that day's catch and later dine peacefully on the beach under the stars.
Today, you will be transferred to Bali's spiritual and artistic hub, Ubud. Later in the evening, head out to experience a traditional Balinese Kecak dance performance accompanied by your guide. As per an ancient Hindu story, the dance is a sight to behold as actors decked in traditional costumes re-state the story while a chorus of men chants and sway around them.
This morning, get ready for a guided tour that offers you a distinctive insight into Ubud as well as the Balinese culture. This particular tour takes you away from Ubud's tourist destinations to offer you an authentic experience and insight. During the tour, you will have the opportunity to connect with locals who live and work in Ubud.
At a distance of about 1 hour from Ubud lies the active volcano of Mount Batur. The volcano possesses a splendid setting within a huge ancient caldera adjacent to a lake and hot springs. Over time, a number of craters have developed on the volcano. You will today get a chance to trek to one of the lower craters which offer sweeping views of the caldera and at occasions, releases steam and gases from tiny vents present in the crater wall. After the sunset, enjoy some freshly served eggs cooked in the soil beneath you before you head back to Ubud. If you wish, we can also provide treks to the highest crater on the volcano.
Today, you will enjoy one of the many activities offered in Ubud. Visit one of the area's many fascinating temples, experience the region's white water rafting, try your hand at one of the local cooking sessions, or relish a private yoga class in a tranquil setting overlooking the river.
Today, you’ll be transferred to the quaint highlands village of Munduk, an area off the main tourist trail which is celebrated for its walking trails, views, and waterfalls. En route, you will stop for a cycle ride through the terraces of rice-fields at Jatiluwih which have been conserved as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Moreover, make your way to one of Bali's most iconic temples, Pura Bratan, featured once on one of the Indonesian Rupiah notes.
This morning is for all the adventurous folks. You can enjoy a unique experience of the splendid surrounding scenery by exploring the area in an off-road dirt buggy! The tour also includes stops for a paddle in a traditional wooden canoe, a walk through the serene rainforest and a glimpse into the area's coffee production. There are other tours available as well for the ones who would prefer not to ride in an off-road dirt buggy.
Today is yours entirely to enjoy the area. You can also join one of the local guided walks, make your way to some of the local waterfalls, go for horse-riding or relish some of Bali's best canyoning.
Your guide will take you today for a tour down the highlands to the tiny coastal town of Candidasa, situated on Bali's eastern coast. Later in the evening, visit a small market town where you will have the chance to eat like a local at the town's night market accompanied by a local food guide.
This morning, enjoy a guided tour of some of the area's cultural and historic sites. The tour will take place in an old convertible VW jeep as an additional twist allowing you to relish the passing scenery with the wind in your hair! The wonderful tour ends with a lunch in the distinctive setting of a royal water palace.
Today morning, a local guide will transfer you up into the hills where bicycles will be there to take you on a picturesque downhill ride through rice fields, villages, and plantations. The ride finishes at a local beach where you can relax, swim and enjoy lunch before you return back to your hotel in the afternoon.
This morning, your guide will meet you at the hotel lobby for your transfer back to Denpasar Airport for your international flight back home.
