A Perfect Taste of Amazing Croatia

Day 1: Fly to Zagreb Airport, Croatia

On arrival, your private guide will privately transfer you to your hotel. Then, head to the city center with your guide to sample some of the best truffle pasta. Take a tour of the Museum of Broken Relationships, a quirky exhibition that pays homage to the lovelorn. In the evening, return to the hotel for dinner. 

Day 2: Visit Plitvice Lakes

After breakfast, your guide will transfer you to the lovely Plitvice Lakes.  Hike along scenic trails past travertine barriers, lakes and waterfalls, and the Great Waterfall (Croatia's tallest cascade).

In the afternoon, your guide will drive you to Zada (about three hours).

Day 3: Spend the Day in Zadar

Today you will have a guided tour of old Zadar, a medieval fortress town and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy the sounds of the Zadar marine organ and the colors of the "Greeting of the Sun" interactive art installation at night. Travel to Split this evening and settle into your luxury hotel. 

Day 4: Spend the Day in Split

Set off with your guide today to explore the historical Split. A highlight is Diocletian's Palace, a Roman ruin, which is shown on the reverse of the 500 Kuna banknote. See the well-known filming locations for HBO's Game of Thrones. Spend the remaining day visiting Old Town, hiking to the Bell Tower of St. Domnius, and sipping wine at a local vineyard.

Day 5: Sports Day at Hvar Island

Enjoy extreme sports on Hvar Island, such as canoeing down the Cetina River rapids.  For a more laid-back day on the Island,  relax on the beach, or visit the seaside town of Stari Grad.

Day 6: Spend the day at Hvar

Today you are at leisure to enjoy Hvar on your own. You may choose to explore the island on a quad bike, spend the day at the beach, try the local cuisine, and check out the nightlife. This evening, stay in a luxury tent on the beach where your dinner will be served. 

Day 7: Departure

Your guide will take you to the airport for your international departure flight.
