Detailed Itinerary

 

Day 1: Jerusalem - Welcome to Israel

You will be reaching Jerusalem after an overnight flight all the way from your home. You will be landing at the Ben Gurion Airport of Israel and your private guide will be taking you to your luxurious hotel room. While on the way to Jerusalem, you will get to see a uniquely magical mix of modern and ancient Jerusalem. Once you reach your hotel, its time to catch up some rest to get rid of the jetlag of the journey.

 

Day 2: The Shomron

With your second day in the Shomron, this is going to be one of the best vacations in Israel. Today is the time to get into your shoes to discover this delightful land with a plethora of spots for travelers to see and feel.

  • You will be beginning it by going along the North exploring into Samaria. Here you will be meeting Abraham who is believed to have entered the promised land and settled in the first city.

  • Then you will be moving towards Mount Gerizim, which is also called to the Mountain of Blessings.

  • And, there’s the Mount Ebal, which is also called as the Mountain of the curse. And, we will be visiting the Shiloh, after enjoying lunch at one of the IDF Army canteens.

Day 3: Jewish Jerusalem

You will be beginning the journey of Jewish Jerusalem from the top of Mount Olive from where the entire city can clearly be seen.

  • You will be introduced to the Temple Mount, Mount Moriah, Mount Zion, and the City of David.

  • You will get a chance to visit the archeologists and will be discovering the Temple Mount and its hidden treasures.

  • You will then be entering the ancient city of David, where you could be walking along and seeing the ruins of the palace of Judah’s kings Solomon and Kings David.

  • King is Hezekiah’s water tunnel is one of the most adventurous places of Jerusalem, you will be walking along. There's also a pool of Siloam, which is believed to be the place where Jesus has cured a blind man.

  • Other places to visit in Jerusalem are the Western Wall, Hezekiah’s Broad Wall, and the Ancient Cardo.

 

Day 4: Jerusalem

On the fourth day of your best vacation in Israel, you will be making a swing along Jerusalem’s Shuk. You will get to feel here the Middle Eastern Markets and mots of the sights.

  • You will get to experience, the zeal with which the locals are rushing to the local coffee shops and into the market.

  • You will then be visiting the Israel Museum, Which is a special site in Jerusalem. And, then the Holocaust Museum of Israel. Afterward, enjoy dinner in Jerusalem!

 

Day 5: Christian Jerusalem

  • Then your guide will take you to Dolorosa then to the Arab Market and the Garden Tomb. Then there’s the Valley of Ben Hinnom.

Day 6: Jerusalem and South

  • Today you will be moving towards Emek Haelah in the South. Here, you will get time to contemplate over the historical stories related to the battle of David & Goliath.

  • Then you will be driving towards the Dead Sea. There on the way are Tel Beersheba, Tel Arad, which was the first walled city.

  • You can also spend some time riding the Bedouin camels. And, then spend your night in Arad after dinner.

 

Day 7: The Dead Sea and Masada

Today, you will be getting a special treat! You will be getting up a little earlier to climb to the top of Masada to the Roman siege ramp.

  • Here, you will enjoy watching the Sun Rising over the Mountains of the Dead Sea and Edom.

  • After enjoying the incredible scene of Sunrise, you will be proceeding towards the Masada. This is one of the top vacations in Israel.

  • Today, you will also enjoy swimming in the Dead Sea, before starting off with your hiking adventure of the cliffs of Ein Gedi.

Day 8: The Sea of Galilee & Jordan River Valley

  • Today, you will be heading towards the Sea of Galilee in the North!

  • On the way, there is Jericho, where you can stop by. This is the land where Joshua has believed to have entered the Land after 40 years. And, is also home to Rahab!

  • There is also the locations of Jesus baptism on the way near the Jordan River.

  • At the end of the day, you will be enjoying dinner and spending the night at the Sea of Galilee.

 

Day 9: Golan

  • Today, you will be driving into the Eastern Mountains and will be beginning with biblical Tel Dan.

  • You will be hiking in the park, in the remains of an ancient altar, rushing water and see the foliage.

  • Then you will be going to the Caesarea Philippi. Here, you will get to learn about “the gates of Hell”! This is the place where many of the biblical events have taken place.

  • Then enjoy dinner in the vicinity of the Sea of Galilee.

 

Day 10:  Coast

  • You will be driving to the coast and climbing down to the Carmel Mountains. Here you will learn the face-off between Elijah, prophet, and the prophets of Baal.

  • Then you will be going through the Valley of Armageddon.

  • Then near the sea, you will be visiting Caesarea, one of the top tourist attractions in Israel.

  • This was the place, where Paul the Apostle got imprisonment for 3 years before he was sent to Rome.

Day 11: Tel Aviv - Departure Day

This is the last day of your best vacation in Israel! You will be beginning it in the morning taking a rejuvenating swim into the Mediterranean Sea.
