Today, take a tour of Valparaiso and Via del Mar, two of the most popular destinations on Chile's central coast. After lunch, take a guided walking tour to the Lukas Museum, which houses the collection of creative works by the cartoonist and illustrator Renzo Pecchenino (Lukas). The walking tour ends in Muelle Prat (Prat Dock), a pleasant spot to view sailors arriving in their Lanchas or small ships and to soak up the usual buzz and bustle of harbourside life. Today we will transfer you back to Calama airport for your flight back to Santiago. On arrival, enjoy a free afternoon to explore Santiago further and visit one of Santiagos most renowned museums, La Chascona. The former home of beloved poet and Nobel Laureate Pablo Neruda, the playful residence provides a snapshot into the life and mind of Neruda and is loaded with art, eccentric collections, and even his Nobel Prize. The free afternoon is free to explore the city further on your own.
