Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Black Lake & Zabljak

This is going to be your Great Montenegro Tour! This little amazement in the lap of nature attracts tourists particularly because of its perfect natural beauty. This country is a wonder in the lap of land, and it must be on your list of best places to travel around the world. Located in the North, Durmitor National Park is the fantabulous attractions of the country. And, you can think of enjoying here plenty of adventurous activities like camping, and hiking. Zabljak, a small town, is located within the park. It’s easy for you to walk from there to the Black Lake and thereafter to the smaller Snake Lake. Those who are avid hikers can further move towards Bobotov Kuk and can look for other hiking options in the area. You could turn this day into one of your most perfect Montenegro hiking tours. And, one more adventurous activity, you can take up over here could be whitewater rafting

Day 2: Nevidio

This is going to be your second day in Montenegro and you can start off your day, in the Nevidio canyon. This is one of the best places to visit in Montenegro! It is located in the outskirt area of the Durmitor National Park. There are some really adorable huts called Etno Selo! This is actually the starting point of the canyoning trip through Nevidio Canyon. You will be required to pay 100 EUR for a full day trip for a single person; it will also include lunch along. And, you can swim around the lakes and walk along the lovely trails, if that’s on your mind. And, lastly, the picturesque camping spot will make it one of the best Montenegro Tours.

Day 3:  Niksic

Niksic is small but is the second largest city in the country. It’s beautifully located in the middle of the big Nikši? field. And, this place is heaven for the tourists giving them the chance to stop by moving from the coast on to the Mountains. The streets surrounding the city are all lined up with swanky restaurants and cafes. One day is enough to spend wandering around the city and familiarizing with the surrounding.

Day 4: Podgorica

Podgorica is the capital city of  Montenegro! There are actually not too many things to do and see in Podgorica. But, spending one on your great Montenegro tour in Podgorica is a good idea. You can wander around the city, get an idea of how people live here, and make efforts to travel like the locals of the city. It’s interesting! Isn’t it??

Day 5: Ostrog Monastery

If you are wandering to see a Monastery in Montenegro, don’t miss out seeing the Ostrog Monastery. It would not really be a great idea to put it out from your list of Monasteries to see. And, most importantly, it would be easy for you to reach the monastery from Podgorica. You can either go for a road trip, or a riding by your own vehicle would do. The Ostrog Monastery is built into a cliff face and belongs to a 17th-century edifice. You should surely keep one thing in mind that, you cannot find any accommodation here, so it’s wise to travel during daytime.

Day 6: Departure

This will be your last day in Montenegro, and you must have in your kitty, a lot of memories, and a lot of pictures.
