(Day 1:) Yangon - Welcome to Myanmar

This is the first day of the best Myanmar Vacation Packages in 2019! You will be landing at the Yangon International airport. Your personal guide will greet you overwhelmingly with a big fat smile and he will be taking you to your luxurious hotel in Yangon. This day is to relax, get settled down and enjoy local food. If there’s any time left you can roam around in the city catching up with the locals and discovering about Myanmar’s lifestyle.

 

(Day 2:) Yangon - Explore the City

If you want to experience Asia from a different perspective then Myanmar and particularly Yangon must have on your bucket list of best place to visit in East Asia. Yangon is the perfect blend of culture and nature. The biggest city you will see in Myanmar is Yangon. The literal meaning of the word Yangon is “End of Strife”! King Alaungpaya built this historically rich city in 1755. You are here to explore every bit of the city on the second day of your Best Myanmar Vacation Packages in 2019.

You can start off by visiting the Sule Pagoda, which is located in the center of the city. You can then wander around the Mahabandoola Park, where you will get to see the city hall and the colonial courthouse. After that, there’s Bogyoke Aung San Market, which is the favorite spot for those who love to shop. And, then you will be visiting the golden Shwedagon Pagoda, which is one of the best tourist attractions in Myanmar.

(Day 3): Yangon – Bagan

Today you will be checking out from your hotel and head towards the domestic airport. You will be taking a flight to Bagan. It will take around 1 hour and 20 minutes to reach Nyaung – U Airport. You can head on to see the Nyaung-Oo morning Market. On this day you will be visiting some of the famous pagodas like Shwezigon Pagoda. Then you will be visiting Annada Temple, which is a masterpiece designed the people belonging to the Mon architecture. Here you will be seeing four giant Buddha statues. After that move towards Thatbyinnyu Temple and the Sulamani temple. And, if you are left with some time you can go to see the most treasured handicraft of Myanmar. Then there’s Damayangyi Temple and Pyitthag, you can continue your journey.

 

(Day 4): Bagan – Explore the Local Village

This is the fourth day of your Best Myanmar Vacation Packages 2019 and you are definitely going to discover the best of the country in Bagan. After breakfast, you can spend some time leisurely looking out from your hotel room. And, in the afternoon you can start off by visiting the Payarthonezu Temple Complex. You will be also visiting the Apyeyandanar Temple! And, on your way to your hotel, you can stop by the Min Nan Thu Village, which is a hub of Cheroot and hand weaving. Come back to your hotel room!

 

(Day 5): Bagan – Mandalay

Flight from Bagan to Mandalay takes just 30 minutes! Mandalay is one of the most historically rich places in Myanmar. Here you will get to see Buddhist Sasana, old Myanmar culture, and traditional art craft all over. After you are done with breakfast you will be taking your flight from Bagan to Mandalay. After reaching Mandalay, you will be venturing out for sightseeing! You will be visiting Kyauktawgyi Pagoda, Mahamuni Pagoda, Shwenandaw Monastery, Sulamani Pagoda and Mandalay Palace. And, you will be giving a great rest to your day by enjoying the Sunset on Mandalay Hill and relax.

 

(Day 6): Mandalay – Amarapura, Ava, Sagaing

After you are done with the morning stuff, you can just visit Irrawaddy River in Mingun. This place is known for the largest bells in the world. You will also get to see here an unfinished pagoda which began in its construction in 1790 by the King Bodopayya. But, it never could be finished! Nevertheless, it looks mesmerizing even in its unfinished form.

After seeing this, you will be proceeding towards Ava! This is one of those ancients capitals of Myanmar and it takes 30 minutes to reach this place from Mandalay. Some of the best places to visit in Mandalay are a wooden monastery Budge, Chumbucket Chaung which is an ancient temple architecture, and magnificently carved ornaments. Then you can visit the Sagain hill, which is covered by around many monasteries and Pagodas. You will also see here a number of meditation centers.

 

(Day 7): Mandalay – Mingun

On the seventh day of your 10-Days long Best Myanmar Vacation Packages in 2019, you will be boarding a private boat. You will be taken to the Mingun village situated on the Western coast of the Ayeyarwaddy River. Here, you will be seeing the Taw Pagoda, Athenian Pagoda, the world-renowned ringing Mingun Bell, and MingunPahtotawgyi. After that, there’s white Hsinbyume Pagoda you will be visiting, which is built in the style of mythical Mount Meru. After you are done with sightseeing, you can return to the Mandalay and spend some leisure time here and enjoy your dinner.

 

(Day 8): Mandalay –Pindaya

Today, you will be experiencing the best time of your Myanmar travel itinerary. You will be taking your flight to the Heho and land at the Heho Airport. You will then continue a car drive to Pindaya taking you through the beautiful Shan State. Then you can move towards the  Pindaya limestone where you will see a number of Buddha statues. And, the production of Shah paper from the mulberry bark is a must-see. Also, there are workshops that make umbrellas from Shah paper. Monks used these umbrellas throughout the country.

 

(Day 9): Inle Lake

Inle Lake is one of the best places to visit in Myanmar! It’s captivating beauty attract tourists from across the globe. According to one study, Inle Lake has also been listed among best tourist destinations in Myanmar that should not be missed. You can also see the local crafts surrounding the Inle Lake and can stop by cheroot factory where you can see how typically Burmese cigars are made by hand. And, it’s always great to take a walk along the Lakeside villages.

 

(Day 10): Yangon - Departure Day

After breakfast take your flight back to Yangon! Arrive in Yangon and from here you will be taking your flight back home.
