Day 3: Venturing to Bagan

Later, head back out onto the temple plains and see the sunset from a choice of vantage points.

Day 4: A Relaxing Day in Bagan

Today is yours entirely to explore this amazing city on your own.

Day 5: Heading to Mandalay

Get ready for your transfer to the riverside for a full day journey along the majestic Ayeyarwady to Mandalay. Upon arrival, you will be met by your private guide at the riverside and transferred to your hotel.

Day 6: Mandalay Exploration

An interesting and diverse day today discovering Mandalay's various sights and attractions. The various highlights include the jade market, railway bazaar, and private cyclo ride.

Day 7: Traversing to Inle Lake

This morning, you'll be driven to the airport to catch a brief flight to Heho. After being met by your private guide, traverse through the Shan countryside to Nyaung Shwe and board a long-tail boat for the journey to your hotel situated on Inle Lake. A brief stop on the hour-long drive is suggested at the fascinating Red Mountain Vineyard on your way - perfect for lunch. With the rest of the day free to relax, you might like to take a stroll through the surrounding village.

Day 8: Private Tour of Inle Lake

Enjoy a tour of the lake today visiting the main temples, five-day market, and the cottage industries on a private guided tour. At sunset, replace your long-tail boat for a small wooden canoe. Your experienced local guide will show you the smaller tributaries of the lake where only a few tourists venture.

Day 9: More Time in Inle Lake

Today, explore the Indein Pagoda with a private guide. A vast site, a driver will be on hand in order to take you to between temples and maximize your time. The hillside, covered in temples, is a significant site for locals and you'll discover many new offerings lined around the complex.

Day 10: Visiting Nyaung Shwe

You’ll be transferred to the airport today for your flight to Heho. On reaching, you will be met and transferred to your hotel in the town of Nyaung Shwe on the shore of the lake.

Day 11: Enjoying Boat Ride in Nyaung Shwe

Explore Inle Lake today by private boat. This is going to be a leisurely day trip which includes visits to monasteries, stilted villages, a fascinating tribal market and a visit to the Indein Temple complex located on the southwest side of the lake.

Day 12: A Relaxing Day in Ngapali Beach

Return to the airport at Heho this morning and fly to Ngapali in order to finish your trip with complete relaxation in this splendid and unperturbed setting.

Day 13: Some Beach Time in Ngapali Beach

Today is entirely free for you to enjoy Ngapali beach. Explore the clear waters that surround the hotel by arranging a fishing or boating excursion, which is available through your hotel. A sunset kayak paddle is an especially pleasant way to end the day.

Day 14: Free Day in Ngapali Beach

Another free day to relax and explore. The village of Mya Pyin is just a short walk away and you might wish to walk in to visit some of the local shops or cafes.

Day 15: Departure Back Home

You’ll be transferred back to the airport today for your short flight to Yangon. Enjoy some final sightseeing before it is time for your departure flight.
